Alumnus, Anton Grothoff likes food a whole lot. In fact, he has taken it to a whole new level. Anton is a 2013 graduate who recently returned to Blair Oaks as a guest speaker/cook in Mrs. Cumpton's classes.
Anton is currently attending St. Louis Culinary Institute at Hickey College where he will graduate from in December with an Associate's Degree as a Certified Culinarian. He is currently completing an externship as a Prep Cook at Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis. Externships are generally unpaid and do not offer college credit. They are intended to give students a short, real-life preview into their career. Anton's interests are in Asian and Italian foods.
